Force Majeure<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"cct-card\">\n        <p>\n          Mountain travel can be affected by heavy rain, snowfall, landslides, road\n          closures, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, public-health\n          measures and other events beyond reasonable control.\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Safety decisions made by the driver, local authority or Cloud Crest Trails must be respected.<\/li>\n          <li>We may offer a reasonable route change, alternate date, service credit or refund of the recoverable amount.<\/li>\n          <li>Actual non-refundable third-party expenses and services already provided may be deducted.<\/li>\n          <li>We are not responsible for consequential expenses such as missed flights, separate hotel bookings or independently purchased tickets.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"cct-section\">\n      <div class=\"cct-section-title\">\n        <span>6<\/span>\n        <h2>Cancellation by Cloud Crest Trails<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"cct-card\">\n        <p>\n          If we cancel a confirmed service because the booked vehicle becomes unavailable\n          and we cannot provide a reasonably suitable replacement, the customer may choose:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>a comparable substitute vehicle, where available;<\/li>\n          <li>rescheduling without our cancellation charge; or<\/li>\n          <li>a full refund of the amount paid to us for the unprovided service.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p>\n          This does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
