1. Introduction<\/h2>

This Payment Policy explains the payment terms and conditions applicable to services booked with Cloud Crest Trails<\/strong> (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>

By making a booking or paying for any service, the customer (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d) agrees to the terms described in this policy.<\/p>

Our services may include chauffeur-driven premium cabs, airport transfers, customized tours, sightseeing trips, and caravan experiences.<\/p>

2. Booking Confirmation<\/h2>

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by Cloud Crest Trails<\/strong>.<\/p>

A quotation, enquiry, or availability confirmation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.<\/p>

Customers may be required to provide the following information before a booking is confirmed:<\/p>

  • Customer name and contact details<\/p><\/li>

  • Travel date and duration<\/p><\/li>

  • Pickup and drop-off locations<\/p><\/li>

  • Number of passengers<\/p><\/li>

  • Selected vehicle or service<\/p><\/li>

    3. Advance Payment<\/h2>

    Depending on the service, travel dates, vehicle type, duration, and booking value, Cloud Crest Trails may require an advance payment to secure the booking.<\/p>

    The applicable advance amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.<\/p>

    For certain high-demand dates, long-duration journeys, premium vehicles, or special arrangements, a higher advance payment may be required.<\/p>

    4. Balance Payment<\/h2>

    Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.<\/p>

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full outstanding amount should be cleared before or at the commencement of the service<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Cloud Crest Trails reserves the right to withhold or cancel a service if the required payment has not been received.<\/p>

    5. Accepted Payment Methods<\/h2>

    Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by Cloud Crest Trails, which may include:<\/p>

        7. Additional Distance and Time<\/h2>

        For services where a kilometre limit or time limit applies, additional charges may be applicable when the agreed limit is exceeded.<\/p>

        For example, caravan or vehicle packages may have a specified daily kilometre allowance. Any kilometres exceeding the included allowance will be charged at the applicable rate communicated during booking.<\/p>

        Additional waiting, extra usage, route extensions, or changes requested by the customer may also result in additional charges.<\/p>

        8. Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>

        Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the Cloud Crest Trails Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong> applicable to the booking.<\/p>

        Any refund due to the customer will be processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.<\/p>

        Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, or other non-refundable processing costs may be deducted where applicable and where permitted by law.<\/p>

        9. Booking Changes<\/h2>

        Requests to change travel dates, vehicle type, route, passenger count, pickup\/drop-off location, or other booking details are subject to availability.<\/p>

        A change may result in:<\/p>

        • Additional charges<\/p><\/li>

        • Change fees<\/p><\/li>

        • Revised quotation<\/p><\/li>

        • Loss of promotional pricing<\/p><\/li>

        • Different cancellation conditions<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Cloud Crest Trails will communicate any applicable additional payment before confirming the requested change.<\/p>

          10. Failed or Reversed Payments<\/h2>

          If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or is not successfully received by Cloud Crest Trails, the booking will not be considered paid for that amount.<\/p>

          Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the booking has been confirmed.<\/p>

          If an amount has been debited from the customer’s account but the booking payment has not been received by us, the customer should provide the relevant transaction details so that the payment can be verified.<\/p>

          11. Payment Confirmation<\/h2>

          Once the required payment has been successfully received and verified, Cloud Crest Trails may provide payment or booking confirmation through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or another agreed communication channel.<\/p>

          Customers are advised to keep their payment receipt and booking confirmation for their records.<\/p>

          12. Pricing and Quotations<\/h2>

          All quotations are based on the itinerary, vehicle, dates, passenger requirements, and services specified at the time of quotation.<\/p>

          A quotation may be subject to change before payment if there are changes in:<\/p>

          • Travel dates<\/p><\/li>

          • Vehicle availability<\/p><\/li>

          • Route or itinerary<\/p><\/li>

          • Passenger requirements<\/p><\/li>

          • Government taxes or fees<\/p><\/li>

            The final payable amount will be confirmed before or at the time of booking.<\/p>

            13. Fraud Prevention<\/h2>

            Cloud Crest Trails will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, fraudulent links, or unofficial payment channels.<\/p>

            Customers should make payments only using the official payment details provided by Cloud Crest Trails.<\/p>

            14. Taxes and Government Charges<\/h2>
